Please review our policy carefully before booking.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
Late Cancellations
We require at least 8 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 8 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
No-Shows & Dispute Policy
We value our time and yours. The following actions will result in an immediate ban from making future appointments, and any applicable outstanding fees will be charged to the card on file:
No-Call / No-Shows: Failing to show up without notifying us.
Charge Disputes: Disputing a legitimate charge or cancellation fee with your bank.
Card Cancellations: Cancelling a card on file to avoid a rightful fee.
